The program

Seven modules. Sixteen weeks. Your team leaves fluent.

A deliberate arc — from foundations, through firm-specific workflows, to a handoff that makes the program self-sustaining inside your firm.

Built specifically for plaintiff PI

This isn't a generic 'AI for lawyers' course warmed over for your industry.

The arc

Build, in order

Module 01

Foundations

Ground your team in what Claude is, how to think with it, and what 'good use' looks like in a plaintiff PI practice.

  • Set up firm-safe Claude access for your team
  • Internalize a shared mental model for AI fluency
  • Identify the first three workflows worth automating
Hands-on

Each attendee ships their first Claude-assisted task on a real firm matter.

Module 02

Agents: Virtual Interns

Build small, focused agents that handle the repetitive work — intake triage, status updates, simple drafts — so staff can focus on higher-value work.

  • Understand when to use an agent vs a prompt vs a workflow
  • Build and test your first agent on a real firm task
  • Establish a firm-level pattern for naming and versioning agents
Hands-on

Each team builds a 'virtual intern' agent targeted at one internal pain point.

Module 03

Intake Triage Workflows

Turn raw intake forms, calls, and emails into structured, prioritized, firm-standard case files without the manual re-typing.

  • Design an intake triage flow that matches your current practice
  • Extract structured case data from unstructured intake input
  • Flag cases that need partner attention automatically
Hands-on

Each team builds and runs an intake triage workflow on recent anonymized intake data.

Module 04

Medical Record Summarization

Turn weeks of medical records into structured timelines and summaries ready for demand letters and depositions.

  • Build summarization workflows tuned to plaintiff PI medical review
  • Handle privilege and PII correctly in the pipeline
  • Produce defensible, partner-reviewable outputs
Hands-on

Each team processes a representative medical record set through their workflow and reviews with a paralegal.

Module 05

Demand Letter Drafting

Draft demand letters that sound like your firm, reflect your playbook, and hold up to partner review — in a fraction of the usual time.

  • Capture your firm's demand playbook in a reusable format
  • Generate first-draft demands from structured case facts
  • Integrate partner review into the drafting loop
Hands-on

Each team produces a demand draft end-to-end on a real matter and compares it against historical drafts.

Module 06

Privilege, PII, and Guardrails

Codify the ethical, privilege, and client-confidentiality guardrails into every workflow — not as an afterthought but as the foundation.

  • Map where privileged and PII data can and cannot flow in your workflows
  • Implement technical guardrails in Claude configurations
  • Document firm policy for ongoing compliance and onboarding
Hands-on

Each team audits their earlier-module workflows and adds the missing guardrails.

Module 07

Handoff: Training the Next Hire

Leave the cohort with a firm-owned playbook that lets the next new paralegal or associate learn everything your team just learned — without calling us back.

  • Assemble your firm's internal AI playbook
  • Train a new hire on one workflow end-to-end using your playbook
  • Establish a maintenance cadence for workflows as the practice evolves
Hands-on

Each team produces a handoff document and rehearses onboarding a hypothetical new hire.

Over the cohort, your team learns to

What your team walks away with

You finish with fluency, a workflow library, and an in-house team that doesn't need us anymore. That's the point.
